You're doing an amazing job Francesco, 1/72 is hard enough, let alone braille scale!

        Good morning.

Yesterday I reshaped the air intakes on the fuselage, added the anti collision light, rescribed two panels on the bottom and added hinges to ailerons and flaps.

Then I tried to polish (it's so small!) and sprayed.

I decided to use alclad polished alu and tried to darken few panels with thinned burnt iron and then alu. Area around the engine and reverse thrust has bbeen sprayed with burnt iron and jet exhaust.

All this in low light so I had to wait this morning to check the results.

Beside some overspray tgat can be easily fixed, there are few points that will be hard to retouch without redoing the whole.

Ok, after a second spraying session I think I'm done and ready for washing.

Now the question: would you put on those roundels on it?

          Thanks for looking,

That's a really nice finish Francesco, how you do it in that scale.....

I can't say much about the roundels, if they're correct for the plane then go for it.

Wonderful Francesco, I made a 1/144 Zero my Sweet and a landing craft with figures....never again, just finished a 1/76 Tiger tank and that was hard enough. You have given life to this small model and the paintwork is just awesome mate.

Nice work Francesco. What's wrong with the roundels? They look like Swedish Air Force markings. That would be correct for the Viggen.

                  Thank you Dubster/Si/Joe.

Now that is almost finished I'm finding a lot of issues (but there isn't a joke saying: "my best model? The next!").

@Joe, the roundels are not correctly centered. I applied the ones on the wing bottom and it doesn't appear so evident as in the support paper so I may go on with them. I also applied the number on the vert stabilizer and forgot it. Result: I have half number now, the other half is on my thumb

Still missing one of the actuators, I will glue when mounting the LG.

                      Thanks for looking,

                              Thank you mate.

Despite all the troubles (caused by me, lol) I call this done.

I'm quite satisfied about the result,

As you can see I had some troubles:

Canopy: to get the perfect fit sanded too much and made it worse.

Decal on the tail fin: remained on my fingers, had to reprint it (together with the ones on the gear door missing).

Fuselage: just discovered looking at the pics to post, almost invisible at naked eyes, we have have white stains.
