Well I took your advice Joe and did a little more wear on the leading edges, and I think it looks better for it.

    Thanks Joe

Like what you've done up to now

I like the winter camo scheme and the weather beaten look. Not sure but I think Luftwaffe aircraft were painted standard RLM colours and white daubed over the splinter camo. This camo scheme is fantastic, how's you achieved tbis was it with hairspray tech or maskol. Love the worn look on the leading edges.

        Very impressed Ian.

        Big 5 star from me

Nice work Ian. ... if you give up model making you could always try Hairdressing

            Cheers John.

                  Sorry Ian missed this build.

This is turning into a lovely Russian front Heinkel. Good job with the camo! and the hairspray technique seems to have worked well for you.

Looking forward to the finished beasty. Is this great model destined for a diorama?

                  Cheers

Thanks Paul I was just thinking of posing it in flight on a small base.

Looking forward to seeing your 1/32 on the go

It would be a long way to travel Ian, for a Short Back & Sides LOL .

Should the gunner stand this high in the top turret ? Do I need to cut him down a little ?

Wow, that looks stunning Ian. I looked at my old kit of this and it has the same option. As well as this it offered a Mediterranean and a European splinter option for a torpedo bomber. I really like what you've done with the white patterned scheme.
