Hi,
Another commission build that I have started. I don't often do commission builds but was made an offer I could not refuse. Besides I had the kit in my stash and thought it was the only way I would ever build it. I got it years ago practically nearly free.
The kit
Fit isn't too bad where dry fitting before hand avoided any problems. Parts had minor flash and molding misalignment that was easily fixed. The only niggling thing was the destruction sheet doesn't show exactly where to attach the parts with arrows pointing right in the middle of the raised locating line so you won't know if it's before or after the line.
I will finish this in the markings of the RAAF Hudson used in the Malayan campaign. They were one of the first to encounter Japanese and shot down an hour before the first bombs dropped on Pearl Harbour.
Here's the usual sprue shot in the box...

...after a coat of interior green.

Apologise if they are not arranged nicely.
I decided to glue the interior in place and then weather later as most of it will be unseen when the fuselage halves are glued together.

I didn't even bother to repaint the trimmed tabs...

I test dry fitted the glazed nose halves to the fuselage and they will need only a little filler and sanding.

They will go into the small tub of Future next.
That's all.
Cheers,
Wabble
