    Base was painted overall Tamiya Black then airbrushed thin coats building up layers of Tamiya XF-18 Medium Blue. Placard from Eduard Hellcat duo kit. Figure from tamiya .

    'Lock wings' is first up for take off. Pretty sound advice I'd say!


    Great looking Hellcat, nicely displayed and will look awesome once that figure is finished.

        Lookin for a bit of advice I have a Eduard 1/48 hellcat ( nightfighter ) and I'm looking fur help with the paint job


        If I prime it with Vallejo black primer, then I'm looking fur s deep dark blue ( midnight blue ) will this give the desired effect if I do light coats??
