The Focke-Wulf/Tank undercarriage geometry is tricky and some models get it wrong. As a very rough guide, when the aircraft is sitting on its undercarriage the back of the tyre should be roughly in line with the leading edge of the wing. If you draw an imaginary vertical line it should touch the leading edge and the back of the tyre.

Of course there are other factors which impact on this. The height of the tail wheel effects the angle the kit sits at and the other in/out rather than back/front angle of the main undercarriage effects where it sits in relation to the wing too. Nevertheless that imaginary line is a valuable rough guide to the pronounced forward rake of the main gear.

Thanks for the info Steve - based on that, I'd say the model is pretty accurate then.
