Yeah but I suppose thats no bad thing. My biggest frustration is lack of time to model, by going to a club when I'm working at home and by putting builds on here it keeps me trying to sneak wee bits and pieces in. Although you wouldn't know it on here haha, took me and my daughter months to do her wee rally car and since the start of this year I've only finished one build of my own!

Yeah it was, I did the body paint with the AB and she did about half the decals with a bit of help, she painted the insides and exterior parts herself, she did a good job and I could see her improving all the time (that my patience was recovering!)

I bought her the twin pack with the red Mini but I won't push her so much this time, I will wait a bit and see if she wants to pick it up. When she does I will be letting her do a good bit more her self. We have a baby on the way very soon and I think that will take all her attention for a while!

          Cheers

Did quite a lot today wet and dry filler mask and prime fuselage and wheel doors airbrush prop blades gloss black then mask and do yellow tips apply decals to blades then when dry gave a coat of Vallejo Matt clear then I masked canopy and airbrushed green then rattle can as12 left to dry then removed masking quite chuffed it didn't bleed then I made gun barrels out of Albion alloy brass tubes three sizes for each gun pushed these in with a bit of Devcon epoxy another good session it's going very well so far next up spray fuselage then start doing one of my favourite bits stripes on the wings etc all the best guys and girls

Just done the really thin blue line between the olive drab and the fuselage that tested my eye sight the kit supplies a decal for this but after a bit of research it's too thick and wrong shape the real plane it kinks up at the rear to match the rear canopy

Also masked and airbrushed white then masked and did black stripes on wings and fuselage I'm not useing the decals as I find it a pain in the proverbial to get them right something tells me it's cheating but I don't care lol

Can't wait to do the decals I think it's my favourite bit that's all folks for now comments are always welcome
