This aircraft was one of the deciding factors in the pacific, during World War II, with its 11 to 1 victory rating against the zero. It has been said that the enemy nick named it whistling death due to the sound it made as a result of its enormous speed while on dive runs. I fell in love with this aircraft as a boy because of its unique gull wing shape and it has fascinated me ever since. Please follow me as I pay tribute to those who sacrificed during the Great War by attempting to recreate the F4U corsair with as much authenticity an I possibly can.
