Hi Theuns,

I used lamp black, van dyke brown oil paints Newton&Windsor thinned with enamel thinner to wash it. I also used some black, umber pigments around the edge.

Hi guys,

Itโ€™s been a while since my last post, but still working on the Hornet. Finally Iโ€™m getting to painting stage. I decided to go with Aggressor scheme

Great work on the pattern Leo. That's a unique looking Hornet, should look quite colourful on the shelf.

Hello guys, still doing this monster project and it's getting there slowly but surely.
Managed to gloss coat them and ready for decalling after touching up all the minor stuff

Any critiques or suggestions are most welcomed.

Thanks for looking :smiling:

Hi Chris,

Thanks for your kind words, the goal is to get irregularities to the paint and I used black basing to paint the Hornet.
I also used some salt weathering on some spots.

Hi Chris,
It's been a while since my last post here. The goal for me was to get irregularities on the paint and I used black basing to achieve it. I also used salt weathering on some areas. I'll try to upload some more pics.

Cheers
