    Tamiya 1/48 Messerschmitt Bf109 E 3

Since starting the shop and still having a full time job I've had very little time to do any modelling so I've decided to make time, not sure how long it will take me but I'm in no rush, but I've finally made the start

Nice start and good to see you make time for a bit of fun.

I've had a G-6 on the go for what feels like months but so what!

            Cheers

I'm looking forward to using my airbrush, I bought it ages back but haven't had a proper chance to use it, it's a HI-Line HP-BH I had a bit of spare paint in it yesterday so did a bit of playing got some real control over it but knowing me I wouldn't get the same control on a model, time will tell.

The wife has been out shopping all day so it gave me a chance to do a little bit more, had a bit of a splatter with pre-shading my ab kept blocking up, and I'm not sure about the colour, it says RLM65 which is what I've used but it just doesn't look right although I'm no expert, maybe it will look better when I put on the next colour.

Looking great john, the rlm 65 looks fine to me, it was a fairly bright blue when compared to rlm 76. Its good to see you finding a bit of time to do some modelling,im sure it must be difficult what with forum business and running the shop (not to mention working!!!) cheers tony

                        Exactly!

This one is moving along at a good old clip. We'll be looking for finished shots in a couple of days.

                        Cheers
