Under restoration after damage due to house moves etc,built from a Aeromodeller plan inside the magazine circa1944 mostly 1/32nd balsa construction
New wings under construction.

I work in wood period John preferring natural materials and making everything myself,card,paper,litho plate anything to hand,I am a model building dinosaur.

Well as an ex joiner Barry I can appreciate the love of wood, nothing better than the smell of freshly cut timber .

Wood is friendly,it shapes with simple tools some home made,as always its not what you have but what you do with it,I am an artist too painting in watercolour and oils,once again there is a saying in art circles the word 'Painterly' meaning the enjoyment of applying paint,it applies to wood too as each knife cut is sheer joy.
