Well over the last few days, having sprayed a coat of Klear, I have been laying the decals down and to my amazement they have all stayed in one piece despite being very fragile. Red bands have been added to the Jumos, tail fin and nose cone. I've just applied a second coat of Klear in readiness for some weathering. Not sure how dirty these jets would have got as were not in service for too long. I used a sheet of black card as the jet was blending in too well with my cutting mat.:tears-of-joy:

Nicely done Vaughan, the image from the top shows what you meen by the design being not of that era. In planes those days most would have been going the other direction. The designers must have swept the wing as far as they dared. Also one of them must have been a marine enthusiast to have the body shaped like the Great White. If Hitler didn't intervine it would have been a dangerous fighter against the Allies.
Cheers,

Hi all I've been away for the bench for the last couple of weeks but I'm back again. A final coat of Klear and then some clay wash. Finally a matt coat and the last off the dangly bit have been attached. Finished picture I will add in completed aircraft, thanks for following the build.Comment
