        Hi Carl
Cockpit looks really nice. Getting the fuselage halves together is always nice to get done. It can be problematic on small planes at 1/72 so this biggie at 1/48 :rolling: - well done indeed.

Probably a pointless update but just fixed the two wings to the fuselage. Will leave the glue to set properly for a few hours now.Click image for larger version

What's the wingspan. The 1/72 ones I have on the stash are just over 40 cm.

the 1/72 can almost sit on one wing....

A 1/72 Lanc doesn't fit into my display cabinet. In 1/48 I would have to build an extension to accommodate it. One big mother of a kit ...

                        Interesting build and great job.
I have two in the stash but befor I can build them I need to find/make a glass topped coffee table to put them in.

engine covers now in place. With a bit of clamping they fit ok although there are some gaps which I will try to fill and sand before priming. I left the engines out as I was t going to have the engine covers open. I did make one engine up just because it seemed a shame not to.

Getting more plane like by the day Carl. That’s going to take some painting! Looks like we have the same weather as well....

Yep, I doubled up in the paint so I’m hoping it’ll be enough as I’m giving the MRP a go for this one and if I run out then I got to wait 5-7 days delivery which might get even more delayed depending on what happens with Brexit etc. Weather looks to be rain for the next week In gloucester so perfect for modelling I guess. My house is the very edge of our housing estate and I’m on the corner directly below a big hill so the plus side is I have a pretty unhindered view of fields and hull out my windows but the wind and rain hits my house pretty strong.

Coat of primer added using MRP-084.
First time using this brand properly so looking forward to the results.
