        Great start Ian,
I remember mine nose dived after a brief flight packed with Moon Travelers. I forgot to remove the powder at the tip so it blew up to pieces. Wish I hadn't done that, now it's 8-10 times the price to get one.

        Cheers,
        Richard

Very nice, but do check the dihedral. Airfix left it a little flat. Having said that, mine was ok, but plenty aren’t.

You're right Colin, I remember mine was droopy. Basically it didn't have a spar in the instruction or my glue didn't set properly at the wing root. They were heavy as well.

            Cheers,
            Richard

Thanks for the heads up Colin.
Got the pilot painted. I’m no figure painter, but I think he looks ok.

Yes Steven but first he will be getting a bit of a wash. ( and I don’t mean in the bath. )

I've just checked my build, it seems I did fit a spar - not that I can remember that far back.

Been working on the wings and some sub assembly. Plenty of work for the wheel wells and grills.

Sorry for the amount of pictures.

(I took the liberty of removing all the duplicate pictures.... Having a problem with sticky buttons ? lol)

                              Hi Ian
A lot of work on the wings. Small areas that need filling are often more awkward and time consumming that big areas. The pilot looks really good.
                              Jim
