Painting always seems to take me an absolute age, but I enjoy decals so the next stages should be quick. A few things left to paint, like the exhaust, exhaust heat shield, wheel wells and wing folds, and then I am going to try my hand at a little weathering which is new to me!

Yeah, it is quite big! Just offered it up to my Spitfire of the same scale and it's only slightly longer, but it is 'fatter' thanks to the rotary engine.

Assembly nearly done. Some clears and the wheels to paint and add, then some more weathering.

The little one is pretty much done too.
