You're hooked Mick!!! This project just had 4 months added to the build time. Just when you think you can move on to the next step, oops, I just noticed I forgot to scratch this or that (not the bear's behind though)....Really great job on the details Sir!!!....
Don't you just love reference material???...

I’ve only myself to blame having not ignored the book in the build blog I was watching but I totally agree and fully understand why so much research goes into some builds.
Take careComment

Now the part I’ve been putting off again, removing the mould line off the main canopy.
First with a new blade scrape off carefully, Then working with different grades of sanding stick until I’d removed all the marks. Just got to give it a final polish. Not quite as scary as the first one.
Sorry for the last pic, the window reflection doesn’t helpComment

Is that canopy gold tinted? Rather impressed to find one in a 1/48 F-16 on my shelf.Comment

Hi Karl, yep it’s the tinted one, I used the same one on my 1/48 build. I really didn’t want to do it but watched a couple of videos then jumped right inComment

Actually is one thing I have come to enjoy about this hobby.... You sometimes don't know where the research and like will take you!
Keep up the great work.
ATB.
