This will be my next project after my F-16. I picked up the SkyTrain version quite cheaply as I like the aircraft and fancied doing something with invasion stripes. I mentioned this to a pal of mine who’s a model railway collector and he asked if I’d build one he had. He bought it as his late father flew in them in the Far East during the war. He had several roles during his service, air gunner, radio operator and then co pilot. No pressure then and I will build them at the same time. There’s not a particularly large part count so hopefully they will be straight forward.

I've built the Airfix Dakota/C47/DC3 (insert version here) and found it to be a really nice kit. -

Looks like some choices w/jeep, open or tilt, 50 or 30 cal. mg, towing 75 mm or cargo trailer or not. They look pretty crisp too.Comment
