With me using the two Japanese aircraft form the Airfix Pearl Harbour 75th anniversary set for the Japanese aircraft GB I’m left with the P40 Warhawk. So I got these.
So I’m going to do this one.

I've always had an interest in these planes,(think it stems from me seeing the film many years back),and I've a 1/48 one in the stash so I'll be following along as well if that's ok Ian :thumb2: .
A good looking sheet of decals there,these kit-world sets are excellent quality aren't they

Got this buttoned up now, a slight gap at the wing root, but an easy fix with some stretched sprue.

Instrument Panel! Are they decals, (individual or cluster). Or nightmare - painted!!!!
Last time I did aircraft I can't remember any instruments at all!! ([COLOR=rgb(163, 143, 132)]It was the 60's[/COLOR])Comment

Are gaps at wing roots common place or is it a rare occurrence? The starboard wing root look mahoosive!!!! (Thats big in Anglo Saxon)!! :smiling5:
