Missed a fair bit Ian but just had a good catch-up. You're making a fine job of this kit. I doubt it could be bettered without a load of aftermarket stuff. The paint job is progressing really well.

Yes I just didn’t want to paint it as Memphis Belle, and I really liked this colour scheme.

I’ve got a book about Coastal Command, published in about 1943, IIRC. Interesting reading, but I don’t remember if it had anything about B-17s in it.
