It looks like a great kit Andy, I’m definitely in, also a nice start. Should be a big model when done.

... Lots more tiny and fiddly stuff to go in there yet,and on the fuselage halves. For now though, I'm going to give my eyes a rest and skip on to build up the engines.
            Thanks for looking in

I’m assuming that isn’t the P tube at the rear gunner’s position

Mr Smith , a most enlightening build, I too was concerned at the sight of the frame. At first thought you had got the kits mixed up and started a truck chassis.
Love to Rach and Young Mort.

It's actually a bit bigger than I'd expected, but looks very cool indeed!

it’s a big ol tub. To think that Borders is doing a 1/35 - I don’t see much difference in detail between that and 1/48...

Anyway, been working on the two engines, and I have to say they are amazingly well detailed, and, despite being a bit fiddly at times,go together very nicely :thumb2:,the instructions...

That's them built up,and under primer, I've since put on a black coat which is still drying.
Unfortunately all of this excellent detail will not be seen, unless I leave the covers off for a diorama, but that was never the plan , anyway, that's it for now,as always, thanks for looking in :thumb2:.....
