After a busy few days, I have attached the decals, matt varnished and applied weathering, which to my eye is about right for the aircraft.
Being that this is only my second aeroplane build, the result is acceptable to me
So I will be calling this one done.
Thanks for following my build, and for the kind encouragement along the way.

Oops, I must thank boatman for spotting that I had forgotten to add on the propeller spinners. He very kindly sent me a PM to ask about them.
If I missed anything else please let me know :smiling2:
Thanks Chris much appreciated, you're a gentleman.

Not having built an aircraft myself that looks absolutely brilliantly built to me. As your second wingy thingy build you should be very proud. I especially love the exhaust residue over the upper wings.

That is more than acceptable Garry. A very well presented model of an iconic plane. You should be proud of what you've achieved.

Great result Garry. I am glad you perseveared with this one. I think the paint job worked out well and you have a good representation of what the aircraft would have looked like in its day. I would like to see another photo with the spinners attached if possible.
