Having the same problem with the nose cone. Off to the shop to get some narrow mask tape. May have to do a bit at a time. Great to see someone else building a IL-28. Got a Trumpeter 1/72 scale in the stash with a H-5 Ha Chinese version.

A few days I hope and it will be finished.Most of the decals are on.Nose cose needs painting and top canopy needs a touch up.Post pics later.

Tonight the nose cone will be masked up and the undercarriage doors and bomb day doors fixed. A little weather may be called for.

Bit of a disaster with masking the nose cone last night. So ordered some Eduard Masking strips from John for the job.

Sat for nearly the last 2 hours masking the Nose cone for the IL-28 Beagle.

Now it needs the liquid mask(Vallejo) to be applied.

Just need to sort the nose cone out tonight and apply decals to undersides of wings,then it should be finished. A little weathering may be called for and it will be finished.
