    Revell 1/72 Miacchi C200 Saetta

This should a be a quick build but the little kit isnt without its problems.

quite a bit of filler needed for a start.

The wheel bays are a gaping hole so i blocked them off with some plasticard

The italians really looked after their pilots, this seat looks more like an armchair LOL

Looking good so far. I really must get some plasticard but never know what thickness to order.

Look forward to seeing this progress

i found some in my local model railway shop, not a clue what thinkness it is and its clear rather than white but it serves a purpose LOL

wings on, gap filled and sanded and canopy masked and fitted.

The canopy is really thick, i'm glad its not a full length on or the poor pilot wouldnt be able to see a thing

This was the first model I ever made. Nice to see it still about and being built.

I am amazed that the old kit is still being produced. You're doing a fantastic job on it.

painted, "kleared" decals applied and microsolled.

time for bead, weathering and undercarriage fitting tomorrow
