No doubt about the evil behind Hitlers regime but I do find the German planes very interesting. My father worked in the US airforce as an aircraft mechanic and I started off making 1950s jet fighters but was then drawn to the German bombers. I like the colours camo and design of these German planes. The thought of them flying towards England to invade us makes them scary but also interesting. I also quite admire the designs way ahead of there time some of them and a good job Hitler was defeated when he was, the thought of what could have happened if he was allowed more time is horrific.

Worth a try it might work but I think die cuts are sharp on the pattern thats being cut out.

Well done with the camo Mark, it's really starting to come together now.

Here'sthe scheme from Ullmann's "Luftwaffe Colours". The colours are representative, not attempts at matching the relevant RLM colours.

I'd say you've got it right.

                    Cheers

Well sadly the air compressor was faulty so had to go back but I carried on with my old one and my camo template. Quite pleased with the results.

This one has been a great pleasure to put together took me longer then my last one which was a bigger plane but it had lots more detail and fiddly bits to sort out. Using my wifes cameo cutter to cut out a template for the mottle effect was fun and worked very well I think. Any way here is my Condor.
