Cheers guys its a nice model to build and that last photo was me messing about with photo shop but think I will have a proper bash at using it for my plane shots if I ever get a decent camera. Going to keep this thread going for the next two planes in this kit then do a group photo of them all might be able to fit Christmas in even

Mark, what can one say except that the Heinkel is brilliant and the Fw190 is superb. One day build! Like the others, one day is what it takes me to just get prepped. Super work mate, look forward to seeing the Bf109 soon.

Ok Chaps the Icons of Aviation German Veteran Aircraft gift set is complete. This was a great set to make the big He 177 was with out doubt the jewel in the crown of this set and for the price the kit is really nice. I used all the acrylic paints supplied to paint it with and the rest was done with my enamels.

Cheers Ian, it doesn't take long to make those little planes in the kit and having my new compressor means I can use those nice acrylic paints and spray in the kitchen in the warm. After using all these little pots of Revell Aqua color I really like them a lot they spray on well and they don't stink like the enamels I was using.

Well I think I am going to give the German planes a rest for a bit and start on my next project my first tank.:BoomSmilie_anim:
