Nice work John. Is this one of the new tool kits?

To be honest Joe I think it could be because it seems better quality to what they normally do things are actually fitting together a lot better so far but I wouldn't like to say I was 100% right I acquired it after Christmas in the sales so it a fairly recent purchase . if it is new then it's a massive improvement compared to this

Oh yes, the infamous Widgeon kit. A classic Airfix 'new box, old kit' tale.

Good start john! This is a new moulding from airfix , i did a review of it on here a few months back . Its a lovely little kit and a far cry from the old tool mig 15 , a real dog of a kit ,which airfix had been peddling for about 30 years!! (same as the grumman goose joe!!) looking forward to seeing this one finished, cheers tony

I fancy trying this kit in tandem with the AIrfix F86.

Are you doing it wheels up and in flight? Seems a shame not to, as there is a pilot.

Well, what can one say except excellent work John. That has come out really nicely. I have to resist the urge to go out and get one now.
