    Trump 1/72 F-100 c

Here is my 1/72 Trumpeter F-100c "hun"

The detail in this scale is very good and the fit aswel.

The cockpit has decals for the pannel and the side consoles, but I think it looks good enough. The bangseat is really nice and I just added painted tape harnasses.

    I will be using alclad.

Shame the pictures are a bit small Theuns, but it looks like a nice office.

    Cheers

I know ,the camera is still driven by parafin so I think it might be time for a new one.

But then again, with such crummy pix folks can't see all the mitakes!

With the nice weather lately I slapped on some gloss black humbroll enamel as a primercoat then shot 3 coats of Alclad Airframe allu on to give it a dark look. (not quite as dark as in the pic)

When cured I will mask some pannels off and put more airframe allu on to lighten the look.

The rear fuselage where the heat stains are have been done with MM steel, blue and bronze. I hope it will work well with the alclad when I take the masking off.....stay tuned.

Here is the result of a few hour's masking and 3 more coats of Airframe allu alclad.

The tone differences are dependent on the angle of the viewer, so I am happy with that.

I will put the decals on and tone the shine down a little with light sheen clear coat.
