    Airfix 1/24 Spitfire Vb

My wife bought me an Airfix 1/24 Spit Vb model kit as my birthday present a few years ago. I started to build it straight away, but the building is still going on..

I added some details to the original cockpit parts with aftermarket parts and some scratch buildings.

Landing gears and landing gears bays had to be modified a lot.

Absolutely superb. Just shows yet again what superb results can be achieved with old kits.

If trhe outside ends up half as good as the cockpit it is going to be a stunning build.
