After a lull now back on track.

Progress so far. This is a very nice model. All fits well except for one point which fortunately

is on the underside but a bit of fill some judicious workmanship, ha ha, I hope will do the job.

There are minor diferences between the Us and UK craft. But frankly you woul need to be an expert

to know what they are. Used a couple of pieces from the Revell model on this Hasewaga model.

That is all. Apart from which the first UK Apaches where USA total dereivatives they were shipped

over as 2flat packs ". Life gets so complicated

Just to say I am so pleased I abandoned the Revell as the Hasawaga is not far from the new Airfix quality.

All I saw was that 'lousy cementing'

Haha jost kidding, this is looking good mate, I like the cockpit but what actually caught my eye was the mention of some sort of magical primer... do tell!

Not sure about magical Dougie. Not just yet any way time will tell but it seems to have a good number plus points.

This is a thread about it. next is priemr on the fuselage so the first real job with the stuff.

The holiday pains has gone away. After the computer station collapsed and rebuilding a new one.

Sitting at it now with metal legs 810mm long waiting for 710mm high I am making progress.

First Hawegawa kit I have attempted. Really surprised one not to good fit. But forgiven as the

detail of the rotors and landing gear is the best I have seen at this scale. Really impressive.

Ans so the progress. Also add that this helicopter is a joy to build with so many facets it really

is 3D stuff with things going on all over the craft. What a happy boy to get back in

harness after the rigours mentioned above.

                                Thanks for your input Dougie

Seems Helicopters are not the in thing

Yes Stynlrez seems to be very good at least so far The only problem has

been cleaning the airbrush which is not as easy as clean Vallejo. But for

all that it seems a better primer than Vallejo It is much harder and sticks

                                to the plastic much better.
