Airfix 1:72 RAF SeaKing (new tooling)

    Hello all,

I've got this one on the go, and I'm very pleased with how it looks so far, far better than the old Airfix offering I've also been working on.

I'm doing this one out of the box.

The first 20 stages cover the interior with 30+ parts

fit is very good and no flash!!

    Time for the photo's.

    Regards

    David

That looks rather detailed and light years ahead of it's predecessor. Look forward to more progress reports David.

That's a really nice kit with a very good interior. I did a review of the HAR3, the aerial fit is all wrong on the LH side and that bulkhead behind the LH pilots seat shouldn't be there.

On the bench: Airfix 1/48 Sea King HC4, Revell 1/24 Trabant.
Coming soon: Airfix 1/72 Phantom FGR2.
Just finished: Airfix 1/48 Stuka & Airfix 1/72 Sea King HC4.

I have never made a helicopter so I am watching this build closely, looking good so far.

It's coming together very nicely David and a great job of the interior.
