AB-47 Esercito Italiano

    Hi,

While doing the latest touches to the Mustang I started this

Building is going fast than expected, all OOB except seats, floor plates, belts and links/arms in the head.

My local air museum has one of these.

basically its a 1:1 replica, airframe and engines built by the technology institute engineering students, out of scavenged and/or spare parts.

I would not trust my life in it. (the 2 main rotor blades are stamped with the warning :NOT FOR FLIGHT as it is).

Nice choice Francesco, I have this in my lot too. The RNZAF recently replaced these with the Augusta A109. Cool little helicopters, reminds you of MASH every time you see one.

                      Thanks mate.

Not too much progress here, just glued the canopy, worked a bit on the head.

Bonjourno Francesco (my italian spelling is really bad!)

That is one cool looking cockpit you built there mate! Just love the detail.

One of my mates ownes a Bell 47 and compared to "modern" Robby 44's it is a big helo!

Looking at your build I think I need to aquire one of these kits aswell.
