    Hasa 1/48 F-104c

Just completed this one. Hasagawa f-104c out the box, good detail, fit is ok.

I used alclad airframe allu and alclad sheen clear over all , also used kit decals

This model depicts a 104 just before being deployed to Vietnam.

That's one of the best BMFs I've ever seen Theuns! What an excellent Starfighter, another one that looks like it's raring to get into the air.

Great job loving the paint, I keep hearing how good alclad colours are and that just proves it, are they just as difficult to use as I hear.

                        Thanx pees.

Alclad is not difficult atall to use. You just need to have a very good prep for the base and while working wear cotton gloves to stop it rubbing off.

I use alclad gloss and semi sheen as my clearcoats, it takes very little of the look away while other clearcoats will take the "depth" away.
