    Airfix 1/144 Boeing 737

The old Airfix kit with Bra.Z engine upgrades (with the later wide pylons). Kit was re-scribed and several small details added, and the swooshy paint scheme was masked and airbrushed. I made custom decals for the logos and lettering. Full build article is in the latest (Dec 2014) issue of Airfix Model World.

Beautiful work as always mike , the paint job must have been very tricky. Ive been wanting to get the latest release of this quite elderly tooling , has time been kind to the moulds? cheers tony

Thanks Tony. All things considered, the mouldings weren't too bad; a bit of flash here and there, nothing major. One omission from older boxings is that Airfix no longer supply clear parts for the fuselage windows, they're just holes. I chose to fill them and use decals.
