Here are my last three builds. All Mosquito's in 1/48 scale. The Black one is a mk2 night fighter by Monogram and originally moulded in 1966.The bomber is a mk4 built from the superb Tamiya kit.And the dark green/medium sea grey one is a mk6 fighter bomber from the old Airfix kit.The Monogram shows its age with oversized spinners and fin and simplified undercarriage. But look at the engraved flying control and panel lines.Must have been something special when it first came out.Unsurprisingly, the Tamiya kit is the most detailed and was the nicest to build.
