        Despite the issues you had that is a great looking build and very nicely finished well done for sticking with it.

          HI Steven thanks yes i had fun building this some of the time an near wreckin it in the other half lol as i could not dry fit part as this fusealage came in 6 parts so had to glue some parts with a fingers crossed job an when it dint fit was a struggle to get the parts apart an glue all over my fingers an then tryin again with clamps that wont hold on the rouned fusalarge well i wasnt a happy bunny but stuck at it but i wont build another of these as perhaps ive just been unlucky gettin two bad fittin kits but i dont know

              Many thanks Scottie yes im fairly pleased at how it turned out but some of the decals broke but only the small ones thank god
              an yes it took some stickin with it as each day i went up to the man cave to model i would think what part wont fit today ?

                Fabulous final result Chris, I really enjoy the after burning exhausts. It looked to be a difficult and technical build, but the final result is testament to your persaverance and attention to detail with your model skills.

                  HI Joe thank you for your nice comments on this hornet build an yes to get all the wirein togeather an workin was a bit techinecol but as you say sir my persaverance and attention to detail got me through as i love doin this lights an such in a big model to bring it to life works every time for me an then today i shall put her up on the main show shelf over the tv to be lit up with the tomcat so should have two nice model to look at when freinds come around over xmas period an ive forgten to open the side avionics panels on the fusealarge so will try an open them as i will firstly have to cut throurgh the starsanbar decal so the panels can be open see its a job to remember everything i do lol

                    HI Guys well i think this will be the last post on here regardin this model an ive put the hornet where i was hopein to fit her along side her sister the big tomcat for to be on show an the space is a bit smaller than i have thought so ive had to sqezze both planes togeather to get them on the shelf but i dont think they look to bad see what you guys think ? but if you all think they are overcrowed then i'll move the h Click image for larger version

                    thanks steven an bloomin heck i dint notice my ugly mug in the back lol thats the trouble with havin mirrors in the back ground
                    an here a shot of the port side avionics bay open as i cant show the other side at the moment untill i take the plane off the shelf so i can get a scaple blade into the hatch as it stuck solid Click image for larger version
