Lisunov Li 2 Zvezda snap fit

Heres something ive had on the go for about 8 months , a little kit given to me by Dave (Gern) at last years Cosford show. Its the Zvezda 1/200 scale Lisunov Li 2 Russian transport aircraft (licence produced Douglas DC3 with soviet engines and a turret ). This tiddler is designed mainly for wargamers hence the quick assembly and cheap price (about £2,50) The reason it took so long is I lost the windscreen and didnt know how to replace it , eventually after putting it aside for months i just used Kristal Klear ,also using this on the side windows. Its a great fun build and anyone who doesnt lose any parts should make it in a day easy ! Anyway , thanks to Dave for the kind gesture and heres some pics of the model (a seldom kitted aircraft as well) cheers tony

I wondered what had happened to this. You've worked your usual magic on another tiny kit there Tony - I knew I'd end up seeing something nice!

Great build Tony, very nicely done for such a small model. You'd never know this was a quick fit snap together jobbie.
