    1/72 scale Folke-Wulf 190 A-3

This isn't my usual scale but I thought I might have a go at something small. I wanted to do a smaller version of my 1/24 scale FW 190 so had a go at this one. It's a Tamiya kit and went together with relative ease. I added the flaps but the rest is as it came out of the box.

Had my first disaster with micro sol as well hence the mix match decals on the fuselage.

Great Focke Wulf Steve, came out very nicely indeed. Looks like it's big brother in the first picture so mission complete

I really like this, Steve - a really good idea to do a 'mini me'.

Thanks for your kind comments guys. It's been an eye opener doing this 1/72 scale. So difficult. I have a new found respect for people who can model in this, or smaller scale. Small scale introduces a whole new range of problems to overcome but I have enjoyed the experience.

Now that's nice and tiny size too.
