    Thanks guys, colin the mossie was running in parallel with the whirlwind but i didnt think it was worth doing a construction thread as i wasnt really doing anything to it apart from building it out of the box (except for the pe belts of course) The whirlwind is on hold till i get back off holiday, so no more updates for 2 weeks. Meanwhile heres a couple more pics taken in the sunshine this morn with the boarding ladder (unbelievably fragile , i broke it about 8 times!!) cheers tony

      Well done on both fronts 50p for result and lookout the finished article a bet if the person who sold it to u for that price could see it now he would have charged you a crap load more now top marks don't do plane but she's a beauty

        I'm with Colin on this one Tony, you sneaked it in. Good to know the Whirlwind is on hold and not in the bin. Very nice mossie mate, love it.

            The Tamiya mossie is a great build and you have done it justice. Very nice.

            I rather like them too I have built two and have to more in the stash.

              I'm a big believer in natural light for photos, probably because I can't do a decent pic indoors !
