    Very nice indeed. Did you prime the plane in black first , before spraying the Alcad?

          That's an amazing Jug Francesco! So detailed & well finished, you'd think it was 1/48!


          Although knowing your skills in 1/144, this must have seemed almost full size to you!

            Once built I polished the model with nail polishing stick, primed with surfacer 1000 and polished with micromesh then tried to get different effects prepainting the surface with gloss white and matt black to obtain respectively light and shining or darker and matt areas. Pics below should explain better. I can say it actually worked though most of the effect is covered by bands or, sic, ruined by touching (as I decided to leave the Alclad unprotected).

            A better modeler may want to explore this technique further and will surely get more interesting results, especially on a larger scale.
