    Airfix 1/48 Canberra PR9

Calling this one finished.Ive resisted the urge to do loads of weathering.Although it might have covered up the silvering on some of the decals.Im rather annoyed with myself about that as I'm usually careful to get them on right. The kit itself is not bad. The only real problem is the cockpit insert. If I make another one I will glue it in slightly proud of the surrounding fuselage and fill the gaps with plastic card. That way I would be able to rescribe the lost panel lines after all the sanding.Because I used a lot of filler I couldn't get a nice scribed line so left it.

That is a great build Dave what with the problems you've had with the cockpit it looks fantastic.

A fantastic build Dave! how on earth did you manage to get the no walk area lines so straight?

I adopted a no beer whilst decaling strategy!.And it helped that the decals were good quality and in lots of straight sections.
