    F14B.USS Saratoga 1992...1/72

    Hi Friend's.

    Finished this yesterday.

This is the Hobbyboss kit and went together with no problems.

    Had fun with this kit.

I am dedicating this build to George,my cat, who sadly died during this build.

    Rip George.

    All the best.

    Ralph.

Excellent build Ralph! During the build, I wondered if the pre-shading was showing through too strongly but now it's done it really gives the Tomcat a realistically grimy look - straight from the flight-line

                        Thanks Patrick,much appreciated.

I find that if I do a real intense pre-shade.Most of it will disappear under a few coats of gloss and the final panel wash and subsequent matt varnish

Just love the Tomcat Ralph, very nicely finished, with a touching tribute too. That kit looks to be a pretty good build.
