    experimental f-5

    the cockpit is made to look burnt, the main body top & underside has been paint to look like it is rusting and has grass stains ( not very clear in pictures)

    this was experimetal so feel free to comment

      no not really, it was a model i had taken parts off to put on a better one of its type so this came to mind.

        Okay thought it might be a test bed for applying different techniques not a actual representation of an actual crash site. That aluminum would'nt rust came to question the pupose is all.

          Hi. Allu does not "rust" like iron or steel, but it does corode and leave a white coloured almost powdery look on the allu sheet.

          Sometimes you may get intergranular corotion in the allu extrutions and it will start to swell out and look like a piece of chipboadr that was left out in the rain.
