    Revell 1:72 Boeing P 26A (approx' 1966 vintage)

My little 2 shillings and six pence (1966 price) is finished.
It's a rough kit, lots of bits were oversized, so I binned them and made new. I though the decals were going to be good, but turned out a bit of a pain, I can't complain, they were about 50 years old.

Well if nothing, it certainly adds some colour to my model shelves.

Thanks all for having a look. Actually, it's not such a bad build, sure bits are out of scale (you may not have noticed the 'subtle' rivets) but for 17 ½p, you can't really grumble too much.

                  Nice one Col!

Did you keep the box for its antique value?

Yes I did. I have only ever kept two boxes, this tiny Boeing P26A and a Convair B36. Opposite ends of the spectrum for sure.

                      Sorry Colin, I missed this.
What a cracking little aircraft, and yes, colourful too.
                      Nice one.

It would save a bit of space if you could do a 'Doctor Who' and put the Convair box inside the P-26 box ......
