Revell 1\72 hurricane MkIIC

Not the best of my kits as I wasn't going for it to be.
It's an experimental kit as I used the paint, gloss decal and Matt over coat just to see how it would look.
The canopy is a bit of a let down but the paint work came out better than I expected using tamiya paints and Vallejo gloss and tamiya Matt varnish.
And excuse the pics I got the sun in the wrong place
I will try and get better ones

Nice to see one in desert camouflage for a change.

Nice work Peter. It's not a bad kit, but as you say the canopy is one feature of it that suffers. From memory the framing is internally moulded? I used decal strips painted and varnished appropriately for framing on my two Sea Hurricanes.

I really like the desert scheme, as usual your paint work is spot on.
