Here is my completed Typhoon IB DN406/PR-F of No 609 Squadron at Manston, 14 May 1943.
It was flow by Flt Sgt Laurence "Pinkie" Stark who on the 12th March 1943 hot his first confirm being a fw190, the first of 6 confirmed and finished the war as No 609 Sqn's commanding officer.
The kit went together very well although needed some tinkering when used along with the great barracuda resin parts (see build).
The Techmod decals weren't great to be fair and needed a lot of work and as such some were damaged, I did my best to paint/repair them and the decal which symbolised train busts was removed as it just wouldn't sit down at all, I'll just pretend this example was before he got those hits.
Hope you like it, any feedback is welcome.
Cheers
