Hey everybody just finished up this old Otaki kit and was pleasantly surprised at how well it went together . The panel lines and rivets were'nt bad either made for a fun quick build.Hope you enjoy and all comments ,critiques most welcome ,cheers Trey

Ian thanks yes the cammo was a bit of a bu**er but worth it ! Tony yes I'm very surprised at the quality of the Otaki kits ,really quite impressive when you consider how inexpensive they are, looking forward to seeing your tony got one in the stash myself! Hey Trey.
What paints are you using for the camo, enamels or acrylics.
If you using acrylics how do you get them to be "sticky" enough to paint the vertical surfaces.
I'm moving into acrylics and having problems with the paint running into areas it shouldn't be (naughty paint) :-)
Hoping for a tip please.

Thanks for the very kind words everybody ,really appreciate it! Tony wish I did have a tip for you but I use MM enamels . I do thin it 10-15% with mid temp base coat reducer ,it seems to help it flow better without running. I know there are a few acrylic users on the forum maybe one of them will pop in with some info for you.Comment
