Blackburn Botha made from Hobbies Weekly 1944

Made from a Hobbies Weekly plan circa 1944,material was a Suzuki motorcycle wooden packing case after lots of removing of nails and staples,my father flew the Botha aircraft in the RAF during WW2 ,a terrible aircraft which often had engine fires in the air, loose an engine on take off and it dropped like a rock.
Painted with Dulux paint mixed up at local B & Q store.

Yes paint is paint after all and when you build to a budget it makes sense to re-cycle and use what is available.
