Next one of the line. Ive not done any weathering just plane airbrushed. May add some at some point but I’m still very much learning and practicing with each model.

Thanks for the comments. As I’ve said before I’m learning as I go and from my mistakes and my models are far from perfect but hopefully with each new build I get a little better. Next build is the Heinkel He111 H-6 1:48 scale.Comment

Lovely job carl , great paintwork . Dont sweat about the weathering , it looks just as good in factory fresh finish . Personally I think theres far too much emphasis on weathering these days, its almost as if any model not weathered/ pigmented / filtered / oil dotted / panel line washed to within an inch of its life isnt any good . I would rather see a model well built and painted and unweathered than one thats been ruined by overdoing it , i suppose its like a lot of things , its ok in moderation . Trouble is a lot of newcomers / beginners to the hobby see these videos on you tube etc and think that its mandatory to ink all panel lines and clart everything in weathering wash , often spoiling a perfectly well finished model. Anyway rant over back to the build , its great , i like it a lot :thumb2: :smiling4: Cheers tonyComment
