Yeah, I like flight mode more then placing them on wheels. The only problem these stands are not that cheap and you get one piece for each size.....

Ah well, when I was a lad, the stands came with the kit ! And more often than not, I never used them.

PS Airfix used to sell a set of aircraft stands. Might be worth looking into.
