    Pete's 1/72 Gladiator

Well, it's done at last. I was very pleased with the build until I started the rigging but I couldn't get on with EZ-Line, and the PE rigging had some problems. Luckily it's between the wings so the blobs of glue and damage to the paintwork don't show too much!

I added a few oil streaks to cover up a spot where the brushed touch-ups didn't match the rest of the paint! The two holes on the bottom are for the Dogfight Doubles stand - it doesn't fit though! I'll tweak the pins of the stand later.

Really good. I failed on a 1/72 bi-plane recently and that was before completing the model, let alone adding rigging.

              Well done.

Thank you all for the great comments, much appreciated, and helped to restore my confidence.
It was an enjoyable kit to build, with no problems to speak of, until I decided to rig it. If it had been a ropey old kit I wouldn't have minded messing up the rigging so much!
Didn't anybody notice the missing rigging wire?

No Pete, I just saw a very nicely finished model with a great camo job and rigging. I think the glue drops everywhere was the best part and added character to your build Sir!!! Actually, I didn't see them at all until you mentioned it.....LOL........Beautiful pics and a top job all around!!!...
