Just HOW MUCH did it finally work out that each one cost?!!
He said they built 39 of the FAW.22 variant, not 39 Sea Venoms in all According to Wikipedia, the total production was 3× NF.20, 50× FAW.20, 167× FAW.21, 39× FAW.22, 39× FAW.53 = 298, plus another 101 under licence in France. And the type served for about 20 years, that’s quite good value for money if you compare it to some other 1950s jets

A very nice result of a rarely modelled aircraft.

We can only guess why it ended up so far back. Probably because the cannons exit further forward.
I think the mouth and eyes make it look like a charachter from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Planes...rs%20franchise.

Different it is, an up to date version with a lot more detail would be nice. But I don't think it's something we're going to see any time soon.

Absolutely brilliant result colin, a silk purse from an old sows ear . The extra detailing on the seats really makes a difference , as its quite a visible cockpit with that big canopy

Cheers Tony, it wasn't a bad old kit for £25, but not the £60 / £70 some are trying to get for it. The seats, yes as we can see, things are very much on show with that huge side by side canopy. It's like half a giant goldfish bowl.
